Terms of Engagement

1. Platform Scope & Our Role

Vertex Tours operates an online travel discovery portal and itinerary curation service. We aggregate real-time flight options, hotel availability, vacation packages, and rental cars by integrating with third-party providers, including Expedia Group.

Unless explicitly specified under a separate written agreement, Vertex Tours acts as an informational search engine and travel curator. Final flight ticketing, room reservation contracts, and rental agreements are executed directly between you and the respective travel provider (such as the airline, hotel, or booking platform).

2. Bookings via Third-Party Partners (Expedia Group)

When you select a flight, stay, or vacation package that redirects to Expedia:

• You will complete your reservation and payment directly on Expedia’s secure platform.
• Your booking is subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions, including baggage allowances, check-in policies, and fee structures.
• Any cancellations, flight amendments, or refund requests for third-party bookings must be processed according to the terms of the fulfilling partner.

3. Bespoke Inquiries & Custom Tour Proposals

When you submit a custom tour brief or inquiry through our website:

• Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a confirmed financial booking or contract.
• Our travel specialists will review your requirements and provide tailored recommendations or proposals.
• Quotations are subject to availability and currency exchange fluctuations until formal confirmation and ticketing are completed.

4. Accuracy of Information & Fare Availability

We endeavor to display live, accurate pricing and seat/room availability. However, flight fares, room rates, and airline timetables are dynamic and subject to real-time adjustments by travel suppliers. We recommend reviewing all flight times, layovers, visa requirements, and baggage inclusions prior to completing any purchase.

5. Passport, Visa & Health Requirements

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure valid travel documents, including passports (with at least six months validity), transit visas, and any mandatory health or vaccination certificates required by entry countries.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vertex Tours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from flight delays, airline schedule revisions, weather disruptions, hotel service alterations, or government border restrictions imposed by third-party suppliers.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, custom trip frameworks, software interfaces, and logos are the property of Vertex Tours or its content licensors. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute any materials for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
